• InfoInterActive Corp. requires personal information from people who are interested in getting additional information about the Internet Call Manager service (the "Service"), to trial the Service or to pay for the Service. This information is part of your Internet Call Manager account and is used to provide you with the Service and customer support. Any information you provide will be collected and stored using the latest security technology. The information InfoInterActive collects includes your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, together with information necessary to allow us to bill you for the services that you receive. That billing information often includes credit card information. This information is saved by InfoInterActive on its databases. While we take steps to ensure that it remains confidential, it is impossible to guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet.

• InfoInterActive will not share or sell your personal information to any outside advertiser or list rental company. From time to time, InfoInterActive discloses information about the subscribers to the Service for such purposes as providing customer support, enabling us to improve the Service, and for reasons set out in our End User License Agreement. In the event that InfoInterActive assigns your contract to a third party, your information will be disclosed to that third party.

• InfoInterActive does not use "cookies" with Internet Call Manager to obtain personal information about users or track your Web usage. A cookie is a tiny piece of text information that is placed on your computer in your browser files when you visit a cookie-enabled Web site. While we do generate statistics and aggregate reports on Web site usage, all information is anonymous and the statistics or aggregate reports do not contain any personally identifiable information.

• InfoInterActive uses e-mail as a primary way to communicate with users about the Service. InfoInterActive does not use e-mail to solicit business for other companies' products.

• InfoInterActive must abide by all court orders, valid search warrants and subpoenas. As a result, we reserve the right to cooperate with local, provincial or state and national officials in any investigation requiring either personal information or reports about lawful or unlawful user activities on this site.
