You chose your ICM password when you originally installed the Internet Call Manager software. You'll need it to access your Account Page through our web site or to re-install the software.

If you have forgotten your password, no problem. Get a temporary one by entering your phone number (including area code) and then click "Proceed". You'll receive an email shortly.
