As opposed to using the Display Screen to work with the Caller Log, you can open a window that lets you work with the Caller Log directly. There are three ways to open the Caller Log:
1) To open the Caller Log:
From the ICM Main Window click the Caller Log button:
The ICM Caller Log window opens:
2) To open the Caller Log from the Display Screen:
Right-click on the Display Screen area of the ICM Main Window and choose Open Caller Log...:
The ICM Caller Log window opens:
3) To open the Caller Log from the System Tray icon:
Right-click on the System Tray icon:
Choose Open Caller Log...:
The ICM Caller Log window opens:
