When a call is received by ICM, a pop-up is displayed showing information about the caller. This pop-up is called the Incoming Call Pop-up. The Incoming Call Pop-up's Play Msg button will offer the choice of playing the caller one of the default messages, one of four that you can customize yourself, or the Open Door default message.
The default greetings are:

"The person you are calling is on the phone however they see you are calling. They have indicated that they will call you back at the number from which you are calling." |

Call Me Back |
"The person you are calling is on the phone however they see you are calling. They have indicated that their line will be free momentarily. Please call back in a few minutes." |
|
Open Door |
"Please wait while the person you are calling arranges to open the door for you." |
To acknowledge the caller with a message:
With the Incoming Call Pop-up displayed, click the Play Msg button.
The Incoming Call Pop-up is extended displaying buttons corresponding to the messages that can be played to the caller:
Click the button associated with the message you want played to that caller (i.e. I'll Call You Back).
