If you live in an apartment building that has a phone-access door buzzing system, you can use ICM to "buzz" visitors in with the Open Door feature while on the Internet. When you receive an Incoming Call Pop-up notifying you of a phone call, Open Door appears as a subset of the Play Msg button.
To acknowledge the caller and open the door:
With the Incoming Call Pop-up displayed, click the Play Msg button.
The Incoming Call Pop-up extends displaying buttons corresponding to the messages that can be played to the caller:
Click the Open The Door button.
The caller hears a default message telling them that you are arranging to open the door for them.
