Sorting the Records in the Caller Log

By default, call records in the ICM Caller Log window are listed in the order that they were received.

The Caller Log can also be displayed sorted by caller name, phone number, caller's location, or by the action taken.  The sort order displayed is controlled using the Time, Caller Name, Number, City, Prov/State, and Action column headings at the top of the ICM Caller Log window.

To display the Caller Log sorted according to a different criterion than displayed:

Click the Time, Caller Name, Number, City, Prov/State, or Action column heading that you wish to sort by.

The display is sorted according to that criterion.

Note:  Repeatedly pressing the same button changes the sort order from ascending to descending sort order within that criterion.
