The ICM Main Window has a set of scroll buttons that let you navigate through the records in the Caller Log:
To scroll through the records in the Caller Log, try one of the following:
Click the Previous Record button to display the call previous to the one being displayed:
Click the Next Record button to display the next Call Record:
Click the First Record button to display the first Call Record:
Click the Last Record button to display the last Call Record:
