ICM lets you transfer incoming calls to one of four different phone numbers of your choosing. When the Incoming Call Pop-up Window informs you of an incoming call and you choose Transfer, you are presented with the phone numbers you have specified.
To specify Transfer options:
From the ICM Main Window click the Setup Button.
The ICM Setup window opens with the General submenu visible..
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking on Transfer Numbers.
The fields below the Number and Description labels are where you enter your transfer phone numbers.
Type a phone number, with area code, in a field below the Number label and a brief description in the adjacent field below the Description label.
The description you enter is the option that will be displayed when you choose Transfer in the Incoming Call Pop-up.
Repeat the previous step to add any additional numbers.
Click the OK button to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
The Cancel button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made.
