Enabling and Disabling AutoActions

Any AutoActions you defined with the procedures in Assigning AutoActions to Individual Callers and Setting an All Callers AutoAction will not be applied automatically.  You must enable these features.  When these features are not enabled, all incoming calls, including those from numbers for which you have defined AutoActions, will result in an Incoming Call Pop-up Window.

To enable or disable the AutoActions feature for individual numbers:

From the ICM Main Window click the Setup button.

The ICM Setup window opens with the General submenu visible.

Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking the plus sign (+) beside AutoActions, then click on Individual Callers.

The Enable Individual AutoActions area is where you enable and disable the feature.

Click the Yes button to enable the feature or the No button to disable the feature.

Note:  You must assign AutoActions assigned to specific numbers for this feature work.  For more information refer to Assigning AutoActions to Individual Callers.

Click the OK button to accept the change and dismiss the dialog.

The Cancel Button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made.

To enable or disable the All Callers AutoAction:

Click the All Callers AutoAction checkbox on the ICM Main Window.

Note:  This option will change depending on what you have set as your All Callers AutoAction, in this case Always Ignore was selected.  For more information, refer to Setting an All Callers AutoAction.

To confirm this option is enabled, the All Callers AutoAction checkbox will be green and a checkmark is visible within the checkbox as shown above.
