When you receive a call while on the Internet and the ICM Incoming Call Pop-up is displayed, a generic greeting is played when you choose one of the call-handling options.
You can change these default greetings with a simple phone call. All you will need is the correct phone number and your PIN to identify you. In order to proceed you will have to obtain these with the help of your ICM Main Window.
To obtain the phone number and your PIN:
From the ICM Main Window click the Setup Button
The ICM Setup window opens with the General submenu visible.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking on Custom Greetings.
The phone number and your PIN are displayed.
You can now change your greetings. Follow the instructions below:
To customize your greetings:
Place a phone call to the number you just located and enter your PIN when prompted.
The automated attendant lists the available options.
Follow the automated attendant's instructions as they walk you through the process of changing one of your greetings.
