ICM voice mail can be downloaded and played on your computer.
To access your Web voice mail page:
Click the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) on your ICM Main Window:

Click the numeric System Tray MWI icon.
Note: This icon will only appear when you have new voice mail messages waiting.

Click the Account button on your ICM Main Window.
A Web browser will open, displaying your Account page.
Click the ICM Voice Mail link.
Once you have reached your Web voice mail page, you can click Play to listen to your messages on your computer, Delete to delete the message, and Forward to send the messages to your friends through e-mail.
