With ICM Deluxe, you have the option to access your voice mail messages on the Internet, or by phone.
To access your voice mail by phone:
From your home phone, dial your own phone number.
You will be given access to your voice mail without having to enter a PIN code.

From another phone line, dial your own phone number.
Press star (*) when you hear your voice mail greeting.
You will be asked to enter your 6-digit PIN code, which you can find on your Account page. For more information, refer to Viewing Account Information.

Dial the toll-free voice mail access number, given on your Account page.
You will be asked to enter your phone number and PIN code, which you can find on your Account page. For more information, refer to Viewing Account Information.
