You can access information on your account from your ICM software. It accesses a Web page with details specific to your account. The Web page contains the following information:

ICM phone number; | |

ICM service type; | |
|
status of your account; | |
|
e-mail address associated with your account; | |
|
access to your voice mail service; | |
|
custom greetings number; | |
|
PIN Code; | |
|
call forwarding number; and | |
|
current billing plan. |
Your ICM Account Web page also has a set of links to Web pages that provide related functions; if you want to download new software or you want to select your payment options, for example. The ability to access your account information is available from the ICM Main Window.

To display your account information:
Click the Account button on the ICM Main Window:
If not already running, your default browser opens to the Web page containing your account information.
