When a call is received by ICM, a pop-up is displayed showing information about the caller. This pop-up is called the Incoming Call Pop-up. The Incoming Call Pop-up's Voice Mail button directs the caller to leave a voice message.
To send users to Web voice mail
Click the Voice Mail button.
This plays the caller a default message which advises them they are being forwarded to voice mail. These messages can be customized, refer to Customizing your Greetings.
The caller can then leave you a message. The Message Waiting Indicator on your ICM Main Window will indicate that you have new voice mail. This light can be used to access your voice mail page. For more information, refer to Working with your Web Voice Mail.
Note: This is also what will happen to the call if you make no selection when presented with the Incoming Call Pop-up.
