When a call is received by ICM, a pop-up is displayed showing information about the caller. This pop-up is called the Incoming Call Pop-up. The Incoming Call Pop-up's Play Message button will offer the choice of playing the caller one of the following default messages, one of four that you can customize yourself, or the Open Door feature:

To acknowledge the caller with a message:
Click the Play Msg button.
The Incoming Call Pop-up is extended displaying buttons corresponding to the messages that can be played to the caller:
Click the button associated with the message you want played to that caller (i.e. I'll Call You Back).
Note: When the Open Door functionality has been enabled this will show in your options. For more details on this refer to Setting your Open Door Configurations.
