When a call is detected by ICM, an Incoming Call Pop-up is displayed showing information about the caller. The Incoming Call Pop-up's Answer button will disconnect you from the Internet and redirect the call back to your phone line so you can answer it.
To answer incoming calls:
Click the Answer button on the Incoming Call Pop-up.
The caller hears a default message that advises them you know they are calling and that you will take their call.
Note: You can customize the greeting played to the caller, refer to Customizing your Greetings for more information.
If you have the Confirm disconnect on answer option chosen in the General Setup menu a confirmation window will appear.
At the same time, ICM disconnects you from the Internet and redirects the call back to your phone line.
Seconds later your phone will ring with the incoming call.
Answer the call.
