Sorting the Records in the Caller Log

By default, call records in the ICM Caller Log window are listed in the order in which they were received.

In the Caller Log window, the Caller Log can also be sorted by caller name, phone number, caller's location, or by the action taken.  The sort order is controlled by clicking on the Time, Caller Name, Number, City, Prov/State, and Action column headings at the top of the ICM Caller Log Window and then clicking on the Sort Order button (directly under the Collapse Box).

To sort the Caller Log:

Click the Time, Caller Name, Number, City, Prov/State, or Action column heading that you wish to sort by.

That heading name is highlighted.

Click the Sort Order button:

The Caller Log is sorted according to that criterion.  Note:  repeatedly clicking the Sort Order button sorts in ascending or descending order.
