You can use the All Callers AutoAction to handle all incoming calls with the AutoAction of your choice. When this option is checked, all of your calls will be handled the way you specify.
To set up an All Callers AutoAction:
Click the ICM Main Window's Setup button.
The Setup window opens.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking the drop down arrow beside the AutoActions menu item, then click on All Callers.
Choose your call handing option by clicking the radio button by that option. You will know which option is currently chosen because the circle will be filled in.
Note: For the Play Message and the Transfer options, you can select from the pull-down menu. You can see these options by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the menu pull down.
Click the OK button to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
The Cancel button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made
Now, whenever the All Callers AutoAction feature is enabled, calls will be automatically handled in the manner you specified. For more information, refer to Enabling and Disabling AutoActions.
