The ICM Main Window has a set of scroll buttons that let you navigate through the records in the Caller Log.
To scroll through the records in the Caller Log, try one of the following:
Click the Previous Record button to display the call previous to the one being displayed.
Click the Next Record button to display the next Call Record.
Click the First Record button to display the first Call Record.
Click the Last Record button to display the last Call Record.
