Clearing the Entire Caller Log

With the ICM Main Window displayed, you can delete the entire contents of the Caller Log.

To clear all call records from the Caller Log:

From the Apple Menu's File menu select Clear Caller Log:

You are prompted to confirm this request:

Select Yes to clear the Caller Log.

All records in your Caller Log are deleted.

To clear all call records from the Caller Log window:

Click on the ICM Caller Log button:

The ICM Caller Log window opens:

Click on the first record then scroll down and "Shift + click" on the last call record.

All records are highlighted and the Delete button is enabled.

Click the Delete button.

All records in this grouping are deleted.

Be sure of your delete request as you are not asked to confirm prior to the call records being deleted.
