You can delete Call Records either from the ICM Main Window or through the ICM Caller Log.
To open the ICM Caller Log:
Click on the ICM Caller Log button:
The ICM Caller Log window opens:
To delete an individual record from the Caller Log:
Click on the record you want to delete.
The record is highlighted and the Delete button becomes enabled.
Click the Delete button.
The highlighted record is deleted.
Note: You should use the Delete button with caution since it does not prompt you to confirm that you want to delete an item prior to doing so.
To delete multiple records:
Holding the Apple key down, click on each individual record you want to delete.
They will each in turn become highlighted indicating they are selected for deletion.
Click the Delete button.
These highlighted call records are deleted.

To delete a consecutive group of records:
Click the first record, hold the shift key down and click on the last record in a consecutive group of records you want to delete.
All records in that group are highlighted indicating they are selected for deletion.
Click the Delete button.
These highlighted call records are deleted.
