You can navigate and delete your call records directly from the ICM Main Window. Using the Call Record's "Delete" button lets you remove the Call Record that is currently showing on the Display Screen.
Note: You should use the Delete button with caution since it does not prompt you to confirm that you want to delete an item prior to doing so.
To delete a record from the Caller Log:
Use the Next Record button or Previous Record button to scroll through the records and find the record you want to delete.

Click the Delete button when the call record you want to delete is displayed.
That record is deleted and the next one in sequence is displayed.

Be careful when you are deleting records, as you will not be able to recover them. |
