When you run the ICM software for the first time, you are asked to provide a password. This password allows you, and only you, to connect to our ICM server with your phone number.
If you have forgotten your password, or wish to change it, you may do so using your ICM software.
To change your ICM password:
Click the ICM Main Window's Setup button.
The Setup window opens.
Ensure that the correct menu is displayed by clicking on Password:
Within this window you can change your ICM password.
Note: It will only allow you to change your ICM password when your ICM software is connected to our ICM server. Otherwise, these fields will be grayed out. If you are getting an invalid password message, please visit our Web site so we can send you a temporary password that will allow you to connect. Then you can change your password.
Type a new password, in the Password field and again in the Confirm Password field.
Note: The password you choose must be between five and eleven alphanumeric characters; that is, letters and numbers; no punctuation marks or symbols are permitted. Also, remember that passwords are case sensitive. A capital letter is considered a different character than its lower case counterpart.
Click the OK button to accept the changes and dismiss the dialog.
The Cancel button lets you dismiss the dialog without accepting any changes you might have made.
