It is simple to access your ICM voice mail through the Internet. With ICM you can download and play these messages on your computer:
To access your Voice Mailbox Web page:
Click the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) on your ICM Main Window:

Click the Account button on your ICM Main Window.
A Web browser will open, displaying your Account Web page.
Click the ICM Voice Mail link.
Once you have reached your Voice Mailbox Web page, you can click Play to listen to your messages on your computer, Delete to delete the message, and Forward to send the messages to your friends through e-mail.
Note: you will need a properly configured Media Player (such as the Windows media player included in your version of Windows) to play these messages. For assistance contact Customer Support.
