When there is a need for us to inform you of any type of event related to your Internet Call Manager service, we will send you a message via your ICM software. Some of the messages you will receive notify you of:

Correct configuration |
A message will indicate that your ICM software has been correctly configured and is ready to manage your calls. |

Status of account |
If a change has occurred in the status of your ICM account, a message will be sent identifying the change. |

Milestones in the ICM Lifecycle |
At various points in the ICM lifecycle we will send you pop-ups to keep you updated on your status. |
These will be displayed in a window separate from the ICM Main Window and Incoming Call Pop-up. They are displayed in an Information Bulletin pop-up:
You can dismiss the Information Bulletin using a Dismiss or OK button. For some bulletins, the window will have an "action" button labeled accordingly. The action provided, would depend on the content of the Information Bulletin. It might, for example, take you to our Web site for more detailed information than what has been provided in the bulletin.
